Obvious answer, it depends. Based on my own experience / observations I think 8-12 weeks is the average. There are some longer cases, but there is a rule that you get to roll off after 6 months. Don't know too many As or Cs who have done a case that long though.

All over the map. I've done a few 3 and 4 weeks long, but prefer 12-16 weeks so you can actually build relationships. No hard rule on roll off at McK, but 6 months would be really long.

I've done everything from eight days to a year! But agree that a lot of cases would fall somewhere in the three to four month range.

I keep getting rejected by Big 4. I have had, no lie, 9 interviews with Big 4 firms as an Experienced Hire, from internal referrals, in the past 6 months. All with rejections. What's going on here? It seems I do not communicate that my experience is an exact fit for what they're looking for. I don't think my interview skills are bad. But I had interviewed for lower-tier firms and got in. What's going on here? Right now I do compliance, using data, at MUFG.

EY folks - I Interviewed with EY, completed 3 rounds and the recruiter was very prompt in exchanging emails. After the 3rd interview, I have been waiting and trying to reach them for 3 weeks now, no response. The interview rounds really went well and I was expecting to hear positive things. Is this normal during the holidays? Surprised at this very strange treatment

Trying to decide between Slalom Consulting vs Accenture Applied Intelligence group? Got similar offer from both for analytics role (DS/DE). Anybody that works at Accenture AI care to share their thoughts. It seems like a lot of people exit Slalom directly into big tech. I’m also planning to exit to FAANG after 2-3 years if that helps!
