Rapid review is no one from non target will get an interview without an in. You’re trying to go through the front door. Need to use the window
You need one of the following 1. Partner that goes to bat for you with HR 2. 5 - 10 mid levels who go to bat for you with HR
This likely will take ~50 phone calls solicited via linked in per firm

Also they won’t be hiring 2 YOE for fresh grad roles. Consulting firms are pretty strict about who they hire for what (e.g. internships are only reserved for students, new grads cannot apply for experience hire roles, etc.)
ahh interesting! i applied for the implementation coach role at McK with a referral from a friend who’s in the role. still a rejection wo an interview. sounds like it’s either associate after an MBA or a few more years of work exp and then associate?

thank you! Dm-ing
What role are you targeting and do you have an MBA?
I’d honestly target an associate role at a T2 like Strategy& and try to get into the cloud and digital alignment since that’ll be the closest to tech strategy

Buddy, no one will take you no matter what you have on your resume. Go get a decent MBA and then recruit like anyone else.
