Welp. Had an interview scheduled for this morning for 30 mins. I join the webex & nothing. I email the recruiter after 15 mins and get a response saying the interviewer had something come up and would like to reschedule. I’m looking for a new job and have found that small companies send me rejections quickly and the huge companies are the only ones giving me a chance. I thought it would be the other way around. I really just want a new job and I think I’ll have more luck passing the interviews for smaller companies than the big ones. Any recommendations on how to make myself more appealing to smaller companies? Thank you I need a new job ASAP :(
