Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

What corporate card does BDO use?
Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.
Nagarro

It was very weird for me. They couldn't differentiate between coaching vs Transformation. I concluded that McK digital was immature and took up a rival offer as a result. Ask them about Agile @ Edge engagements. Interviews are quite soft. Describe how you would go about coaching executives vs coaching teams etc. Good luck!
Applied for what I thought is a transformation role. But the interviewers were all non-transformational folks. What they described as transformation was that “Agile @ Edge”, which is honestly not real transformation. Their ING white paper has some meaningful stuff and I have no idea which team did that case, but it surely wasn’t the “Digital McK” team I interviewed with.
Nothing against McK or my interviewers. I interviewed with BCG and ATK around the same time. BCG and ATK had real transformational practitioners during the interview. But McKs folks were weird, knew less than I did and weren’t even sure what they were selling me on. As an example, McK threw a “former internal McK project manager who after 20 years of experience wanted to move into consulting/Agile and had taken up the CSM certification”. Good for the person, but probably shouldn’t be sent in to do an interview for a transformation role. Knew nothing about DevOps, design thinking, products management, operating models etc. I gave my feedback to the recruiter who said McK would course correct, but the next interviewer was also a bit weird.
Hopefully, your experience is different, but mine just left a bad taste in my mouth regarding McK.
@M1 thank you SOOO much. Was yours for coaching or transformation consultant? Like you mentioned, the description is kinda vague.
@M1 - you have been so helpful thank you so much. Can I ask what the salary range for your position was? There is literally nothing on Glassdoor about this so i don’t want to under/over ask.
