Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

This kind of behavior actually happens?
@CW1 yes it definitely is. Especially as a junior it’s not always expected you have awards but i found it incredibly helpful to have some creative side project to point to that can glamour the recruiters.
I had a similar experience with a CCO. Everybody loved me up the chain but then I got on the call with the CCO, he asked what awards I had, I explained that the agencies I worked at weren’t really into spending the money to go to awards, he said awards are important and basically ended the call right there.

Any CCO worth their salt knows the drill when it comes to awards. He/she is the one who looked bad on that call.
