I love living in Miami, but have found it incredibly difficult to make friends. I had a thriving social life/ friend group in Chicago. Anyone else finding it hard to build friendships here?

Hey all! My SO and I (gay dudes) are looking to move to CO/UT for 3-4 this winter to be close to the mountains and ski every weekend (+ plan to take a few weeks off). We’ve been looking at Aspen Snowmass mostly. Aspen itself seems to be too expensive but we found some affordable places in Basalt and El Jebel. Any tips from the group? I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.
