ATT fiber is 1 Gig and $70-$80 a month. Google is around the same price but not as widely available.
If you are living in Nashville (davidson county), the water will but under metro water company and the light will be under NES. https://www.nespower.com/

Metro Water - 💧
I also work from home (gulch)
Welcome to Nash!
We recently moved to Williamson county, so the process for our electric was through Middle Tennessee Electric. Our apartment managed gas/water/trash, so no help there.
We're pretty happy with Xfinity. Getting a free Peacock subscription with it at the time ain't too bad.
I WFH and AT&T fiber 1 G has been great.
Google fiber has been great for me. Also tried verizon 5G home internet and that was less good
You don't have options for water and electric. You get whoever covers the area you move to. Similarly, you will pick your internet based on your address - different internet providers are faster depending on where you live in the city. Once you know your address, then start getting speed and price estimates from different providers (Comcast, At&t, etc.).
If you’re moving to an apartment, you likely won’t have a choice for wifi because it comes built in.
