MSA student, getting my CPA, what is the best way for me to break into Rx? I have been interested in M&A tax and have some opportunities on that front but from my understanding that’s more of a niche industry. Thank you in advance!

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I don't know whether I should explore other tech stacks while I'm young, or instead focus on becoming a Java expert, given that I enjoy working in Java.

What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Currently controller at a smaller company reporting to the cfo. What are some next career moves back to larger companies or how easy would it be to jump to the consulting side?
