Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. I'd have to play out the numbers a bit. But I think if my company got rid of a previous investment option and replaced it with something else, I'd have to assume that it is benefitting their bottom line. Doesn't necessarily mean it will end up worse for you, but they aren't making that change out of generosity.
A defined benefit plan is usually better but it’s tough to say without running the numbers.
Depends. I left a job with a pension.
