I wouldn't make a career move based on the company's stock market trend. If that 25% drop is reflected in a drop in clients and projects, then you need to consider an exit plan. You don't want to standing in front of that fan when you-know-what hits it.
A 25% drop is tough, and I'd definitely be concerned, but I think it depends on where you see the company going long-term. If the fundamentals are solid and the dip is market-related, it could bounce back. But if you’re feeling uneasy about the direction, it might be worth exploring other opportunities.

Do you believe in the product(s) your company produces? If so, stay, if not can you influence change? Or are you just looking for an excuse to leave.
Depends on the "fortune 500" company... most of these company fall into the fortune 500 because whatever loss they see in stock value usually rebounds quickly.... unless you're company is intel.... if it's Intel well... best of luck.
