My current CTC is 24L, and I have offers from IBM at 28L and TCS at 29L. While considering these offers, my main concern is that my current organization's insurance coverage, which includes my parents, is very comprehensive. My current company is planning to retain me, but I am unsure how much they can match. Additionally, I would like to know about PwC's retention policy, considering my experience of 9.5 years.

If I complete the background check process and not join EY, will they blacklist me from exploring opportunities in future? EY
