I understand that
I do a weekly bubble bath with Epsom salts. It helps relax the muscles. Having the right footwear is super important too. I used to go cheap with this and care more about looks than function. I bought my first expensive and ugly pair of work shoes though and I'll nver go back.
I usually do some yoga in the morning to prevent this from happening. It definitely helps me throughout my day. When I get home I'll take a hot shower and just lay on my bed for a half hour to give my muscles a rest.
Very good shoes, thick insoles, and lots of stretching. A hot foot soak sometimes helps as well. I recently got one of those percussion massagers, and it's been a game changer!
