Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

If there’s high turnover, something is working and you can bet morale is not where it should be among staff. Look for a less toxic work place. It’s not the place for you.
As I said, it is not the firm. It’s a hiring process issue. I do not want to leave.
A firm with a high turnover is generally not a great place to work. Hence the turnover. I would leave. Or at least ask for a paralegal or junior attorney to help with work
I’ve been at really toxic firms and this isn’t it. I’m happy so I would prefer not to leave. Asking for a more junior attorney is a great idea though thank you.
Might be okay for you right now, but high turnover rate is usually very telling of how others are being treated or what their experience is. I worked at a place where everything seemed great and I couldn't understand the turnover either. Until I became the scape goat for the managing partner. I left. Many others followed once they were in the crosshairs.
