My firm let go of a Director who has been making life a living hell for me for over a year now. I was so full of joy, I happy sobbed for 5 minutes when I heard she was let fired. I’m free from this woman. God bless 🙏🏽.

My work product is becoming worse and partners are noticing/commenting. Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year.
