My friend got zero hike, his manager said hr told him your package is already greater so you are not getting any hike this year.

Just want to know here from senior people, is this any kind of this policy is there in carelon or his manager is fooling , what can be done in this case. As mostly people received 7 percentage hike but he got nothing, he is there in carelon from 2 years.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the entire interview process at Paytm. First of all they kept all three rounds in a single day . It started from the morning and ended up till the final round at late evenings. After all the rounds were cleared, the HR asked for the expected package, and when I gave him my quote which was just 35% more than my current CTC, he got reluctant and said we only have a budget of an X amount which was just 10% more than my current CTC. Who on earth does that..?
