My hospital is offering a new leadership development program specifically for nurses. It sounds interesting, but it's a significant time commitment on top of my already busy schedule. Has anyone participated in a similar program? Did it actually help you advance your career or take on leadership roles? I'm particularly interested in hearing from nurses who have transitioned into management or other leadership positions after completing this kind of training.

I just joined a non-dream company as a 10+ years experience guy. My friend working in my dream company forwarded a job requirement from his internal postings. I want to give it a try but in case I get selected how hard or bad would it be to quit current company? I want to know what consequences I should be ready to face. Can someone please advice?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. Has anyone else had this before, where you are managing someone but they don’t give you a promotion? Sounds bizarre to me that they allow me to hire someone but then are hesitant to promote.
