My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. Are marketing agencies really required to have their employees come into the office? We all work using computers and sharing our files in the cloud, the only time we see each other is for meetings, which can absolutely be done through Zoom. How is your job handling this atm?
