My offer is being delayed PwC Acceleration Centers.

I recently completed all the rounds for associate role and hr confirmed that my offer is about to get approved.

They assured me. but it has been 3 weeks now, I've reached out to hr, they said everyone is on leave for Christmas and year end leaves, and 500+ offers being pending to get approved by partners.

Is there any timeline can I get the offer letter, it's delaying my doj and I may get hike cycle soon, such that I can't resign at current

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? SVP vs VP in banking.

I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
