My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

I’m considering leaving Google to go work at a startup, I’m wondering if things don’t work out how easy it’d be to come back to Google. I’d love to hear from people who returned to Google how the process was. Does the company value your previous tenure at Google, or do they treat you like any external candidate who never worked at Google before?

Bain & Company Hey! Got dinged at BCG and Mck and then hadn't heard back from Bain, but just found out I made it to final rounds. I haven't been prepping for over a week as it'd be two since my first round at Bain.
Help! Whats different or similar about Bain final rounds? I'm applying to Texas offices for an experienced AC role. I also may have to have an accelerated final round as I'm leaving the country for most of April. Bain & Company

No. Don’t make the referral. Do you think she has changed? She sounds like a toxic manger/employee. And if she acts the same way (which she will) it will reflect on you. Don’t introduce a person like this into your company.
If she is deemed 'bad hire' it will reflect badly on you. If you like your job remember tigers don't change their stripes. Say No or put her resume in SPAM bucket and be silent
Just ghost her 👻
I would block that internally. I have prayed this would happen to me so I could ask them "do you really think I want/we should work together again". I get it may burn a future bridge but I think some of these crappy managers need to realize the consequences of their performance
Yeah, I’m not courageous enough to do what she deserves. Thinking I’ll ignore and then still block internally so she doesn’t have a shot
I would do both. Not refer and let people internally know you were asked, declined, and why.
But how you decline is important. If this is the vindictive type who could possible ever impact you, phrase it carefully or act like you never got the request (unless it was a verbal request done one on one ....but based on description doesn't seem their style)
Agree. Pretend you didn’t see it and simultaneously let the hiring manager or recruiter know internally.
