My team has a bully and morale has completely disappeared. No one blames the bully, we blame the incompetent directors and partner that acknowledge the bully is an issue and continue to accept it every day. The team has already lost several people due to this senseless situation - hope I'm next to escape this insanity. RSM will promote people with no leadership or management skills and let them loose on teams. Who do you talk to when leadership is the problem?

Small firm (my boss, me, & a paralegal). After a hearing I did not handle, boss intended to seek review of the ruling in its entirety. What was communicated to me by paralegal was to seek review of a portion.
