Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I really do not want to manage nor be active. My goal is to log-in like once every 6 months.

Currently 25 y/o making 70k/year in Boston. I grew up pretty poor and I have minimal financial education. A lot of my salary now goes towards helping my parents get out of debt. Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period. This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending. What is the best way to stop paying PMI since since I should be at 20% equity?
