I am looking at a Uplift standing desk as my big splurge because I have back issues, and the room I work in has horrible lighting so I’m considering some sort of selfie light ring type thing that I can clip to my monitor. Anyone have feedback on either the desk or a light they like, or any other ergo friendly home office hacks you’ve found helpful?

I’m hoping to find something that’s easy to assemble and break down for when I need to move, and something that won’t cost an arm and a leg.

Collapsed this past Thursday at work and rushed off to the hospital only to find out that it was a stress induced panic attack.
