Need advice. I accepted a job offer for a significantly lower pay than my previous job but after 3 months of searching, I didn’t want to lose this opportunity. I have an interview tomorrow with another company for a role with higher pay and shorter commute. If I get an offer from this 2nd company, how do I handle the situation with the 1st company? I’m really anxious about this. This job search has been tough after being with my last company for 15 years.

Is the offering good for 9 months experience guy in Bigdata Development.

I got an offer from BNY Mellon for 28 LPA for Senior Associate 1 position as a Backend Developer. Is BNY a good company considering I am already working as a Full Stack Dev in Deloitte ? Please help and also plz add some points related to benefits, work life balance, quality of work, etc.

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I’m being taken advantage of with being thrown so much work and really don’t see my salary increasing to be in line with my coworkers doing similar work. I’m a consistent high performer - management reviews tell me that much.
