Need advise/suggestion: Hi all, I am serving a notice period at Persistent Systems Limited . There was a planned leave which was applied 1 month before the notice period started. At that time they approved it but now, they are saying you are on notice period so cannot give leave due to company policy. Is there anything possible like: 1.Paying for the leaves taken in notice period. 2.LWD moves by those many days If none of the above possible then how can I/anyone take the leave in notice period?
