I have received two offers and would appreciate guidance from experienced professionals:

• Nokia – 14 LPA (Bangalore location)
• Infinite computer sol– 12 LPA (Gurgaon location)

Additionally, Infinite has indicated they are open to matching the 14 LPA offer.

I am evaluating based on long-term career growth, brand value, work culture, stability, and location preference.

Would it be better to choose a stronger global brand with relocation, or stay in a preferred location

need review on Work life balance and work culture at Bank of America Global Banking and Markets FP&A Projects team, Gurgaon.

Please reply. I need to make a decision.

Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. I’m currently being recruited pretty seriously for a in-vivo technician position in the auto-immune team, but I already have a job lined up at Envigo as a small animal sx tech. Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.

Hi! I’ve been approached by Securonix for a Sales Director role in NA. I know the field and their competitors. The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. I have got an offer from one company with a 32L + 15% variable. Now I got two other offers with 36L. Should I go for it?

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.
