Need help choosing my next employer. I have offers from Inverto, a BCG Company (Boston Consulting Group's procurement and SCM implementation arm) and Pearson Ham (Fast growing Pricing Boutique with ~70 employees).

Ask Inverto to match? I’m not sure of the difference in prestige but £12k (base + bonus) difference is a lot
I now plan to do that
Although, wondering about exit opportunities. Would 2-3 years in procurement make me less attractive for growth roles in consumer/retail sectors but will the BCG brand name help?
Inverto is not really BCG so if they don’t match it if you don’t wanna do procurement, I would go for the other role.
To add: Inverto does SCM work and I find Sales & Operations Planning super interesting. But selecting suppliers and negotiating with them, not as much. For Pearson Ham, they align with my interest in Consumer Markets/retail and pricing/growth as a function
Long term goal is to work in a growth space, hopefully in consumer markets.
Also want to consider factors such as exit opportunity and a probably recession
Absolute no brainer, if you're currently Efficio, go for the other firm. You won't be able to get jobs outside of category management with INV
