I had a rent of 20k per month and 10k initial deposit in my PG and 30 days notice period. On 1 April I paid full 20k rent and on 2 April due to an emergency I informed my PG owner that I will be vacating on 21 April. Should owner refund remaining 9 days rent and cut money from security from Deposit on pro-rata basis of notice period shortfall or Should he return just 7k deposit, also owner has given the room to another tenant I cant even stay in room for remaining 9 days

Would you say Austin’s real estate market will go through a correction in 2022? I am considering there in a few months (wife and 3 kids) from a normal-priced city. While we can afford a house there, I am scared of getting into an extremely risky investment seeing such fast growing prices in 2021. Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
