I honestly don't see it's worth it at this point. Little over a year at this company and I've made $250 in commission from my 18k of margin that I brought on. Thoughts on becoming a sales trainer? How does the pay compare?

Looking for insights from any seller at any of the hold co’s. I have an opportunity to join a new team at a hold co but I’m not sure if it will be a great move to make. I’m doing very well where I am, book of biz is thriving, but the allure of working at a larger company than my small company seems like a great resume builder. I’m not sure where I want to be in 5 years, but this seems like a good way to make myself more appealing. I’ll have to rebuild my book of biz, which means pay cut.

Two offers. Is it best to choose the company that is most stable because it’s larger but lacks a clear product offering and entering a new sector or the company that is more in growth phase but has clearer product offering?

Everything used to pay $350k on target earnings. Tech is booming but I am noticing pay has dropped substantially despite inflation. I am seeing $300k ote and most roles are set up to not hit plan. Just thinking experienced sellers are going to leave or pivot because they follow the money and they are going to get less experienced sellers.
