Has anyone done Pre-Sales Academy? Thoughts on it?

Most of the companies look for JAVA full stack with Angular. And when we encountered with interviews we just got evaluated on JAVA 8, Spring Boot etc. If person having 10+ experience in which first 6-7 years working in Java 7 and since last few years working in Angular still they mentioned our primary is Java and angular good to have.

Being the curious, how could be all skills mentioned in resume would be current skill.

And then ask Java dev to work on angular and they mess up things.

First time Dad and my 15 month old keeps running up the stairs at my in-laws place and they keep encouraging it. Stairs are almost 10 inches high with nothing underneath and I’m worried that he might slip and fall in between the stairs. My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

ISO guidance: I have an offer for an Executive Recruiter + BDM role (Engineering, construction, architecture, real estate) 100k Base, 225k OTE. I'm also nearing the final interviews with a Series B Startup Real Estate SaaS company as well: AE role, 65k base, 250k OTE. I'm torn as I've wanted to get back into tech sales for a while, but the offer for the Recruiting role speaks volumes. As a sales individual what you say your most successful approach to sales has been?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. I don’t have much money saved to get myself my own business cards as I’m sure they are important to have, I’ve got all the info that I need to go out and start selling. I guess what I’m looking for is just tips on how you guys were successful walking into a whole new arena if that makes sense?

Curious to hear from the community, what is the best sales approach for enteprise? MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the message etc. Also, what approach do the major tech companies train their sales team on?
