“Need some clarity from others who’ve faced this. I’m JL4 at Infosys. Last year I received a ‘Need Improvement’ rating after requesting a project release. I was told a PIP would be initiated, but it has been 4–5 months and nothing has started. My new annual rating is also about to release , and I’m not sure what to expect next. I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

Thoughts on the LinkedIn newsletters? Who’s using them?
I like the layout, but seems a little glitchy still.
After 10 weeks of a weekly newsletter I’ve realized:
• The email that gets sent out after it gets published = really great feature.
• Copy and pasting images from previous newsletters causes and error and won’t save.
• Can”t find the newsletter in the regular search on LinkedIn.
• Relatively easy to work on once strategy is established.
