Well either stay with TCS or go to hcl
It's less salary as per Canada and your experience
Neither of these offers are great from the compensation point of view, serve notice and look for other opportunities you can easily get 30 lpa
72k cad seems very low for your YoE. I assume that you will be moving to Toronto or its surroundings where the cost of living is high.
If you are going alone and if you are single, you should be able to save some if you spend wisely there. Else If you are married or taking dependents with you then I would suggest reconsidering the decision.
Talk with your HR team on the salary as this seems to be low compared to minimal wage.
I believe you will be going in NOC 2171 or 2173 for which you can easily get above 80k CAD.
Thanks for suggestion and onsite Location will be Montreal
Is your client based out of Canada?
If you are really wanted to get an onsite job.. then go with TCS coz travel and initial accomodation expenses will be taken care by TCS. And Yes 72K CAD is low but if you are single/married... if spend wisely you can save(watch videos on canada expenses on YouTube).. and don't sign a contract more than 2 Years and meanwhile you can also try for applying Canada PR, More over during your stay in Canada you can register for a 2 years PG diploma course so that post completion of that PG diploma course you will be eligible for PG work permit which is valid for 3 years.. so In total you will get access to Canadian Job market of 5 years. And if you plan to settle you apply for PR during your stay with in this Time span.
Take wise decisions...
