Checking if we can speak to payroll department to increase Actual HRA since I'm actually paying more rent than compared. Will I be able to do so ?Deloitte Newco EY Accenture Genpact KPMG

I’m not answering everything on your post, but dot cancel your older credit cards. Your debt to credit ratio will go up and you don’t want that. The length of credit cards also impacts your credit score.
Yep that’s what I would do honestly. But again, my rec would be to keep them open, which means occasionally using them ( once a year is typically enough) so the issuer doesn’t close them.
Would also be good to use those old credit cards occasionally even if it is a tank of gas. The issuer could close them for non use as well.
Yeah 0% on that amount is serious cash considering what rates are now. Just like, I’m in no rush to pay down my 2% car loan in this environment.

As much as I love points, if theres a material reason to use the 0%APR I’d go that way. Most 0% cards have very few benefits but that’s the trade off.
It’s not like 10,000pts is that hard to acquire anyways so not a huge opportunity cost

Fwiw I had eye surgery last summer and opted to do 2 year 0% interest vs chasing points and don’t regret it at all
I have a Crate & Barrel CC and the thing about their bank (synchrony) is that they’re extremely random about what credit limit they give you (we got $2k credit limit on 800k+ HHI and 750+ score), close your card for non usage, and claw back points if you recycle your card.
2k credit? That can barely cover the coffee machine I want 😩
