Needed some tips to build my resume for product manager roles.

Is it necessary to have a portfolio?
Some examples of what sections to have in a portfolio, will be helpful.

Also what other things do hiring managers look for in potential PMs?

For the tax people that successfully transitioned to a FP&A role, how did you tailor your resume so recruiters would give you a chance? I have applied to probably 40 positions with mostly big corporations or unicorn startups in about a week ago, I have not heard back from anyone.

I am a legal assistant/paralegal (used interchangeably at my firm) and I am looking for a job. I have been interviewing with multiple companies for multiple months to finally receive an offer for a temp to perm role. I am interviewing with another company that is a permanent position, but won't hear back until sometime next week. I want to wait to see what company 2 has to offer since it is a permanent position - is this right? Also, does anyone have any experience with a temp to perm role?

Is it common to have to follow-up with a recruiter consistently in order to move to the next steps in an interview process? I'm interviewing with a company for a remote customer success position, and it's a 4-interview process. I have 1 final panel interview. The people I've been interviewing with have been great, and the recruiter is very positive, however it feels like things are dragging out here towards the end, and I've been following up/prompting for next steps. Is this a red flag?

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ??
