Negotiating offer with Accenture on a Technology Strategy (TS&A) Consultant. Offer: B level. 117.5k, 9% bonus, 15k signing. Is this a fair offer? How does the compensation progression and Accenture look? Experience: Vancouver, 2yr MBA grad, 2 years independent consultant exp, 5 year BA exp. Current: Implementation Consultant Principal at Ceridian, 100% WFH. 120k, 15% bonus. Pretty disappointed in the offer and leaning on declining. Any tips for negotiating higher?

You should come in at manager level

like

@agree with A1, manager level and base salary should definitely be higher than your current salary. Negotiate with them

Tell them you’re disappointed and were expecting a higher number. Be prepared to give some basic rationale (I.e. you’ve done homework and feel this is low for someone with your experience and skill set)

Not a fair offer, you’d essentially be taking a pay cut. You have the experience, you should expect more. Basically what D1 said

That’s not a fair shake, at all. I’d decline if I were you.

That is a low offer. Negotiate the base to a level you are comfortable with. Don't settle. The market is hot and everyone is hiring.

Sounds like you got your MBA from Phoenix. Looks to be a fair offer.

I would negotiate for C level or manager depending on how hard you want to push

Thats above range if Canada

Yes this is Canada. What's a typical compensation progression over the years? And what is typically # of years for each promo?

Hi Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable. 11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA? I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity.
