I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Some advice OP:
1. As others on this thread said, MBB is not as active in hiring at your level as they were a few months ago, especially at your level. You'll likely have better luck in March/April.
2. ZS utilization right now is a bit low - hang in there. You'll get staffed soon enough.
3. For PhDs, do be careful at MBB. Given up or out, if your background doesn't line up with with MBB needs, it might be a tough gig.

@OP, you literally just got to ZS. Why not kill it there for a year or two, then try jumping to MBB?
Thanks for your advice. I guess I was sort of frustrated for not getting stuffed yet. Feeling much better now.

It’s the worst time of year - all of the campus hires are starting now so capacity is ramping.
What level are you? What’s your background? What region? Been in similar shoes but need a bit more details from you to answer your questions appropriately.
If you get in, sure
