1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. I’m not naive or fresh out of law school, but I’m at a point where I’m saying to myself “Why can’t I have it all?” I’ve been offered a job for more pay and less hours and I keep thinking to myself, what’s the catch? I know people will say no promotion potential or that’s not how it works…but what if it could? What if you make yourself valuable by still setting your boundaries? Why would we resent someone who has that opportunity?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range.
