Broke into an investment analyst job. Making 80k base first year excluding bonus. Great WLB but starting to think i’m underpaid versus Operations analysts (with 1-2 years exp at 75k). What sort of salary bump should i ask for next year? (will likely have CFA L1 passed as well if that helps?)

I'm at an early stage tech start up and gaining experience in an industry that I like. However, I am getting no formal training or sales coaching. Everything I've done so far (Inc. Targeted marketing and prospecting) has been self taught and I feel like I am lacking professional knowledge if I was to move onto a different company, especially considering that I am not involved in the full sales cycle.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking?
