Offer in hand: 25 lpa (Capgemini)
I am asking for 27 lpa to EY GDS but HR says max they can offer for 6 years is 21 lpa.
Wanted to understand whats the offer standards in EY GDS.

Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE

It is a courtesy that shows you respect the candidate.
I pity the companies that think this is an optional thing
Why pay when you don’t know if they will work out, shouldn’t you show you can provide value first? Sign on bonus is like a dowry, is it relevant anymore?
Well yeah I'm with you there. If the market says no then tough cookies. I was just justifying why people want them if they can be had.
Signing bonus is a sure sign of high turnover IMO
