The one with a direct flight.
United gets me with stroopwaffels though.
I have had such a better experience on Delta, but United is easier for direct flights most of the time...so depends on where I’m going. I take Delta when I can though.
1) Delta 2) SWA 3) United
My top 3 in order are Delta, Southwest, and American.
I fly United. I live a at a spoke city for UAL, DAL, and AA. For me it was basically a choice of which places I traveled most frequently too—SFO, EWR, ORD were/are much more useful to me than ATL and DTW. But if I ever moved to a city that a different airline was the hub carrier I would drop UAL in a second—gotta go with the hub carrier.
American because I like to use my points on travel to Asia
I’m typically on the East coast. Not very many United options
Southwest just transferred my ~$1k in outstanding travel funds to points that never expire. #LUV
i care about which airline has the most international direct flights so that i can use my points for leisure. typically that’s delta.
SWA 100%
1) My corporate code gets double miles
2) With status I get triple miles
3) Early boarding with status so I get a good seat every time
4) Easiest to re-book/cancel etc
5) Their app and website is the most user friendly
I’m at a small boutique, can’t really share it.
Do they check corporate codes? Anyone actually verify?
Depends where I’m going and who is paying. Generally I prefer Delta, but I’m closer to a United hub so have often gone that route.
