Noticed that the bottom of the shower has some discoloration in the grout and dried grout on the marble wall. We are listing the house soon. Should I focus on fixing this or just have the buyer deal with it? I’ve seen houses sell with grout issues, so my thought is to leave but wanted to get thoughts. I got a quote to fix it for $1000.

It’s pretty easy to scrape grout off of tile and clean it. Get to scrubbing.

I’ve tried and it doesn’t work. And I can’t use any of the grout removers since they’re all acidic.

Re grout. Go ahead and recaulk while you are at it. Easy (or cheap to hire ) and looks great

Hello people. Need a suggestion and plz provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA (before hike). Role is of Tax senior.
