Now that social distancing is a thing of the past, many companies are enforcing Return-to-Office (RTO) policies. I know several people who valued remote work enough to leave their jobs specifically to find remote-only roles. Having worked remotely for years—even before the pandemic—I am currently focusing my search exclusively on remote positions. I'm curious: are you still prioritizing remote-only roles in your job search, or are you open to or even seeking an in-office environment?

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year. It’s an honor of course, and I’m thinking about asking my recruiter if I could delay my Accenture start date for a year. Would it be worth it to do so? Is it even possible?
