I am on bench from 1 nov 2022. I am PA.
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Any open OCM roles within this network?
Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

Also recommend getting involved with ACMP they have a ton of resources.
I’d recommend finding a mentor. My old company (Capgemini) did a good job in formalizing the OCM process.
There are limited to no resources specific to M&A, unfortunately, since the expectation is either/both orgs support the change as necessary. Look at the deal thesis to get an idea of what is supposed to happen (culture change or keep the same, headcount reduction, etc.) and adjust accordingly.
Sometimes it can be as easy as looking at the incoming organization as a mass hiring event; everyone goes through onboarding the same way a new hire does. Just peel away the things that won't change (again, per the deal).
Happy to offer some advice if you need it (supported 3 $1B-ish acquisitions).
