Negotiate your salary at Accenture to at least match and it’s a no brainer
For sure, but they aren’t interested in negotiating.
Seems like a no brainer to me if you can take advantage of the 6%, but have you tried negotiating? I’d just let them know if they match current salary you’d accept and see what they come back with
If they give you a paycut doesnt that mean you are also at the top end of their banding for the role you are taking?
Not necessarily. They’re offering lower the. My current employer but them at doesn’t mean their range doesn’t go higher. They could want to start me lower so I’m not above others in their firm that have more experience. They also may want to see me prove myself.
Their offer is take it or leave it. I’ve been clear about current comp. I know I won’t be at the top of their current pay range so merit increases are more likely depending on my performance.

I'd leave it and keep applying tbh. Willing to bet you can find a better offer elsewhere. But it depends how bad you want the role I guess.
