Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

@PwC2 no way you were at $114K in assurance. I think you may have missed that we are talking about assurance here.
Yes, you got screwed. I'm got promoted to senior in December and am making $79K as of this new FY18. Plus I got a 7K bonus....so that's 86K total.
That sounds about right for SE assurance. NYC S3 are around $85K - $95K. A 15% discount to NYC salaries sounds reasonable.
^You learn something new every day. You do command that much of a premium. New managers in NYC audit are in the $100k - $110k range.
A2 @ 71
The SE mega market is huge. It includes mid-high COL cities (Miami, ATL) and very low COL cities (Birmingham, idk the others)
So depends what city. MIA or ATL that sounds a little low but anywhere else sounds about right
Ok so CLT prob not in the low end, not sure
What service like you at?
Assurance
I know Fso assurance rated 3 make around 85 so think it's ok but you definitely should look into other practices or firms.
I was at $83k when i got promoted to senior in NY Metro. As an S3 I was at $114k. $81k sounds extremely low to me even in a lower COL.
2nd year senior SE market 75k, all ones.
S3 in a medium/large market and I'm at 87k. Sounds low OP...
M1 is correct i missed the assurance part (im in tax) but i stand by my belief that it's still very low for an S3. I surely don't command that much of a premium, even being in tax.
Don't Pwc people always say that even though their promos take an extra year their salary is still the same? So shouldn't a Pwc S3 salary be equal to a M1 salary at other firms? 81k seems way low for an M1.
No the salaries are not the same. PwC S3 is not equivalent to M1 at other firms. PwC gives larger bonuses and had the $20K manager promotion bonus to make up for the pay discrepancy.
Sorry I mean to make up for the extra year.
In what market @PwC 5?
Slash did you start in core assurance at $51k per year, could be driven by cost of living differences
