One a scale of 1 to 10, how tough is the job market right now?

I’ve reached my breaking point with a self righteous and callous supervisor. My client changes their mind so often, they ask almost monthly to change direction no matter how well things are going. After years of grin and bearing it, I need to find a new role.

Does anyone do welcome gifts at the beginning of client engagements and/or goodbye/congratulation gifts when a matter concludes? If so, what do you give away?

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.

I am not sure whom to reach out to for any query and to some people whom reached they don't respond with any answer .

What’s the most unprofessional thing you’ve seen in a deposition recently?

I have an interview tomorrow with a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. It would be a leap, but maybe I need to take it as a challenge and not limit myself? I just don’t want to get in over my head and fall flat on my face. What are some questions I could ask during the first interview?

I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.

I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks
