I have an offer from EY GDS, joining date is September 1st. I really am willing to join with EY. I also have an offer from an XYZ company where the package is more. Can I ask EY HR to revise my package to match the highest package that I have?. Is there any chance that EY might reject my offer if I do so.

What is the solution to give to your manager when you have too much on your plate but your team is struggling to hire more people (like everywhere else), agency won’t say “no” to clients adding more work, there are team members with even more work than you, and finding a new job isn’t financially feasible? We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.

Any tips for good questions to ask to feel out who is the best fit? I’ve worked with great and not so great writers in the past and it wasn’t always clear which would end up being the not so great based on their books.

Does anyone know if yellow shoes has ever done any really great work / where I might be able to see their work?

Consistently one of the hardest parts of my job at every agency I’ve worked has been reaching creative directors to get things approved. Remote work has made this even more challenging, when we’re running out of time to make edits before an internal review because we can’t get feedback when we need it. Does anyone have any solves for this? FWIW, my creative directors are thoughtful, great people, just exceptionally busy.
