I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

Has the partner noticed? Do they think this is an issue? If so, I'd ask them to step up and intervene on your behalf.

Yeah, it may help for partner to reply to an email letting OC know you are the main contact on issue X or the matter as a whole. You can speak up too. When OC sends a sig block that doesn't include you, send it back with a note stating that this is the sig block they should use going forward. It shouldn't be a discussion each time. If OC emails partner and partner forwards to you to handle, when you reply to OC say something like, "Please direct all communication on this issue to me."
