(B) how do braces affect your presentation? At least in the US, they're generally perceived of as a kids thing since so many people get them as kids, so I'm afraid they will make me look juvenile especially when I am part of a demographic that is perceived of as "young."

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.
