Our household income is 400k. Are we eligible to contribute to a traditional IRA? I’m pretty sure we can’t but wanted to confirm. Currently contributing to 401k and doing a mega backdoor Roth IRA.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me.
