I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

I don’t hire people who bring up their support for the GOP in interviews. It makes me worried about their critical thinking skills, and their ability to be professional in front of clients.

One of my friend was asked to resign because she got pregnant . They specifically told her that they have strict policies and need complete commitment and you are not fit for the current role owing to your health. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
